Each apartment possesses a cooking area (fridge, cooker with at least two gas eaters, electrical oven, basin and plate dryer) in addition all household appliances and plates.
Each apartments has a television and is given with all linen (bed, bath and kitchen linen) and it is changed weekly.
The cleaning of the apartment is done weekly.
Each apartment has al cleaning material for the daily chores. |

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT |
Check-in for the apartments starts at 15:00 and ends at 20:00 .
Check-out is before 10:00 am unless previous arrangements.
Due to the fact that it is not an hotel we kindly ask our guests to inform us before hand of different arrival times.

RESERVATION and CANCELLATION POLICY |
1) the reservation is confirmed only after the arrival of a confirmation fax/email and the payment of a deposit (30% of the total amount)
2) Cancellation policy:
a) up to 30 days before arrival: full reimbursement of the deposit
b) between 28th and 11th day before arrival the deposit will be kept
c) from the 10th day before arrival the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
In case of earlier departure the full amount will be charged.
